These terms govern your use of soundplume.com and any orders you place through our shop. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

“Soundplume,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Soundplume, LLC, located at 651 B Broad St., Suite 206, Middletown, Delaware 19709. “You” refers to the person using the site or placing an order.

Use of the site

You may read, share, and link to our work freely. You may not copy or republish full articles, scrape the site, attempt to break its security, or use it in a way that interferes with other readers. You must be at least thirteen years old, and at least eighteen to make a purchase.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password private and your contact information current. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Our content

The articles, photographs, illustrations, designs, code, and trademarks on this site are owned by Soundplume or licensed to us. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back. Any other use, including reproducing full articles, training machine learning models on our content, or selling derivatives, requires written permission.

Comments and submissions

If you post a comment or send us writing, art, or ideas, you keep ownership of what you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, edit, and publish it on Soundplume and in promotional material related to Soundplume. You confirm the work is yours, and that publishing it will not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may remove or refuse comments at our discretion.

Orders and pricing

Prices are listed in United States dollars (USD) and may change at any time. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or items unavailable from our fulfillment partner. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method.

An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. Payment is processed by WooPayments (Stripe) or PayPal at checkout.

Production, shipping, and delivery

Most products are made to order through Printful, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Production typically takes two to seven business days, plus shipping time, which varies by destination. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes, which are your responsibility.

Returns and exchanges

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of size, or change of mind. We replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. To request a replacement, write to hello@soundplume.com within thirty days of delivery, with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

If a package is lost in transit or returned undeliverable due to an incorrect address you provided, we may offer a partial refund or reshipment at our discretion.

Third-party links

The site links to other websites. We do not control them, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimers

The site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is accurate, complete, or current. Articles are written for thought and pleasure, not as professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soundplume and its founders, contributors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Our total liability for any other claim is limited to one hundred United States dollars.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Soundplume harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any right of another person.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our practices or the law changes. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
